We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Executive to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Client Development: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new premium clients, focusing on luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and gourmet retailers in Dubai.

Product Demonstration: Present Novalux’s high-end products through tastings and tailored presentations, emphasizing quality, sourcing, and exclusivity.

Account Management: Foster long-term loyalty by maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients and uncovering new opportunities for growth.

Sales Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations, balancing profitability with the brand’s premium positioning.

Coordination & Fulfillment: Work closely with the administrative team to ensure accurate order processing, logistics coordination, and on-time delivery.

Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviors to adapt and optimize sales strategies.

CRM Management: Leverage CRM tools to organize leads, monitor client activity, and streamline communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in luxury products, gourmet foods, or premium consumer goods.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and client-focused approach.

In-depth understanding of Dubai’s luxury market and consumer dynamics (preferred).

Confident in using CRM systems and other digital sales tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your time and priorities independently.

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
