Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and CCTV solutions industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of sales techniques to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers and new markets to generate leads.

  • Present and promote ELV systems and CCTV solutions effectively to potential clients.

  • Clearly explain product features and benefits to meet client needs and solve real-world challenges.

  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and BOQs tailored to client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, track client communications, and compile detailed reports.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

  • Adapt sales strategies to different industries and shifting market conditions.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication to present, negotiate, and close deals confidently.

  • Attend industry seminars or meetings as needed to promote the company and its offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in ELV systems and CCTV technology.

  • Knowledge of technical products related to surveillance and security solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and customer service excellence.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed targets.

  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in preparing BOQs and professional sales documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Capable of balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability.
