Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and CCTV solutions industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of sales techniques to help expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential customers and new markets to generate leads.

Present and promote ELV systems and CCTV solutions effectively to potential clients.

Clearly explain product features and benefits to meet client needs and solve real-world challenges.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and BOQs tailored to client requirements.

Maintain accurate sales records, track client communications, and compile detailed reports.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Adapt sales strategies to different industries and shifting market conditions.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication to present, negotiate, and close deals confidently.

Attend industry seminars or meetings as needed to promote the company and its offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in ELV systems and CCTV technology.

Knowledge of technical products related to surveillance and security solutions.

Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and customer service excellence.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed targets.

Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

Proficiency in preparing BOQs and professional sales documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
