Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
Gulfinn Call Centers L.L.C., based in Business Bay, Office 603, is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, perfect for individuals passionate about sales, client relationship management, and target achievement.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll play a key role in the success of our sales operations while enjoying a vibrant team environment and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new business.

Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Identify market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to shared goals.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a call center environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 5,000 (based on experience)
