Nathan & Nathan’s client, a company in the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables trading and distribution industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the F&B/HORECA sector, particularly within the fruits and vegetables market, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Fruits & Vegetables and F&B/HORECA sector

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients
-
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations
-
Monitor sales performance and generate reports for business insights
-
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen business relationships
Candidate Requirements:
-
Proven sales experience in the F&B/HORECA sector, focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables
-
Established client portfolio in the HORECA segment (minimum AED 300,000 monthly sales)

Strong knowledge of the UAE fruits and vegetables industry
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
-
UAE Driving License is mandatory
