Sales Executive

Nathan & Nathan’s client, a company in the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables trading and distribution industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the F&B/HORECA sector, particularly within the fruits and vegetables market, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Fruits & Vegetables and F&B/HORECA sector

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations

  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports for business insights

  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen business relationships

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the F&B/HORECA sector, focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Established client portfolio in the HORECA segment (minimum AED 300,000 monthly sales)

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE fruits and vegetables industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • UAE Driving License is mandatory
