We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience, guiding customers in their furniture selections, and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and supporting the full sales process—from first interaction to after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable furniture solutions

• Product Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of products, including materials, design styles, and pricing details

• Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed individual sales targets through upselling and excellent customer service

• Showroom Standards: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and aligned with merchandising guidelines

• Order Management: Process sales orders, manage payments, and coordinate deliveries efficiently

• After-Sales Care: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns

• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and management to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail environments

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills

• Strong customer service orientation and sales-driven mindset

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications

• Well-organized with great attention to detail

• Must be currently based in the UAE

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Commission: Competitive commissions offered as per company policy
