Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment solutions to enterprise clients. You’ll work directly with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored digital hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new enterprise accounts with no prior revenue history by promoting Bayt.com’s recruitment platform

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through self-initiated outreach and inbound lead follow-up

  • Manage and nurture assigned leads, understanding their hiring needs and proposing customized solutions

  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations—online and onsite—to showcase features and handle objections

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Maintain an updated CRM with all client interactions and ensure data accuracy

  • Meet a minimum of 80% coverage of your assigned client base via regular in-person and virtual meetings

  • Collaborate with internal teams and management to support sales, marketing, and operational goals

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the recruitment, SaaS, or digital solutions sector

  • Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong network and business connections in the Dubai market

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented

  • Empathetic listener with the ability to understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2–5 years

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

  • Career Level: Mid-Level

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
