🧾 Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, expanding market share, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent post-sale support and strategic engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations that clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture sales prospects.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and repeat business.

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with confidence, understanding client needs and competitive positioning.

  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Keep abreast of competitors’ offerings and market dynamics to maintain a strong, strategic edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in direct B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, persuasive personality.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and client relationships.
