Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client base within the food service sector, targeting local businesses, and achieving assigned sales goals. This role requires a proactive individual with strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and close deals with businesses in the HORECA sector

  • Manage and expand existing client accounts while actively acquiring new customers

  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and demos

  • Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food service industry

  • Conduct market surveys, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for business growth

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales forecasting, client activity, and business trends

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Uphold professional conduct and maintain strong internal and external communication in line with company values

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the HORECA or food service industry

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-related role

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)

  • Must hold a valid Own Visa

  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in sales (HORECA preferred)

  • Location: UAE

  • Visa Status: Own Visa required

  • License: Valid UAE driving license with personal vehicle preferred
