Finastra is looking for a Sales Executive to manage a high-visibility book of business within the Lending segment. The role involves generating new bookings, building relationships with Middle Eastern and African banks, and using a consultative sales approach to drive business. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in sales, SaaS, or FinTech solutions, and deep knowledge of the banking vertical.
Responsibilities:

Manage a substantial book of business and generate new bookings.

Build and maintain customer success, fostering additional business opportunities.

Maintain healthy pipeline management through active sales development.

Build relationships with accounts and expand influence within the client base.

Manage the complex enterprise sales process with key stakeholders.

Develop account plans to identify and address specific needs of banks.

Act as the primary point of contact for Finastra within the assigned accounts.

Build strong internal and external relationships.

Use CRM for account activity tracking and reporting.

Ensure responsiveness and results-oriented approach.

Travel required.
Required Experience:
-
10 years of experience in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions.

Knowledge of the banking vertical is required.

Proven ability to build relationships and grow business using consultative sales methods.

Ability to understand and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Strong product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
