  • Finastra is looking for a Sales Executive to manage a high-visibility book of business within the Lending segment. The role involves generating new bookings, building relationships with Middle Eastern and African banks, and using a consultative sales approach to drive business. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in sales, SaaS, or FinTech solutions, and deep knowledge of the banking vertical.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a substantial book of business and generate new bookings.

  • Build and maintain customer success, fostering additional business opportunities.

  • Maintain healthy pipeline management through active sales development.

  • Build relationships with accounts and expand influence within the client base.

  • Manage the complex enterprise sales process with key stakeholders.

  • Develop account plans to identify and address specific needs of banks.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Finastra within the assigned accounts.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Use CRM for account activity tracking and reporting.

  • Ensure responsiveness and results-oriented approach.

  • Travel required.

Required Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions.

  • Knowledge of the banking vertical is required.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and grow business using consultative sales methods.

  • Ability to understand and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
