Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Construction Materials to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of building materials, excellent sales acumen, and a proactive approach to market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals for construction materials in alignment with the company’s sales strategy.

Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of scaffolding, timber, and steel products, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages, to provide tailored client solutions.

Business Development: Identify and engage new clients, such as contractors and developers, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Collaboration: Work closely with project assistants and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and ensure timely product delivery.

Training & Development: Participate in training programs to enhance expertise in material science and advanced sales techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English.

Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of UAE-based work experience with proven expertise in at least one category of construction materials.
