Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
YallaMotor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our commercial team and expand our dealer partnerships across the UAE. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and managing relationships with car dealerships, helping them grow their business by leveraging the YallaMotor platform – the region’s leading automotive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard new car dealers to list their inventory on YallaMotor

Execute a comprehensive outreach strategy including cold calls, in-person visits, and digital follow-ups

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking

Understand dealer needs and propose tailored digital solutions that deliver results
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing continuous support and account management
-
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
-
Coordinate with marketing, customer success, and ad ops teams to ensure a smooth client journey
-
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversions, and pipeline status using CRM tools

Stay updated on market trends, competitive movements, and automotive insights in the UAE
Qualifications & Skills:

2–3 years of proven experience in automotive dealer sales in the UAE is mandatory
-
In-depth knowledge of the UAE’s dealer ecosystem and car sales process
-
Strong experience with cold calling, cold visits, and high-volume prospecting
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
-
Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working independently
-
Fluent in English and Arabic

Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
-
Valid UAE driving license is required
