CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is hiring a Sales Engineer (Remote, UAE) to support its mission of stopping breaches and protecting digital environments. This remote role, based in the UAE, involves working directly with customers and internal teams to provide technical sales support and deliver demonstrations for CrowdStrike’s next-gen AI-powered security platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical liaison between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers

• Conduct live demonstrations, Proof of Value (PoV) assessments, and presentations for diverse audiences including C-level executives

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to provide comprehensive client solutions

• Articulate complex cybersecurity challenges in a simplified manner

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

• Travel frequently across regions, especially within the GCC and MENA markets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or relevant technical roles

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, and SIEM

• Strong command of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

• Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating with global teams

• Willingness to travel extensively (80%+)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with malware analysis, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Background in virtualization/VDI technologies

• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS

• Market experience in Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, and Egypt
