Sales Engineer – Modernization

KONE, a certified Top Employer in the UAE, Qatar, KSA, and Oman, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Engineer – Modernization to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on proactively generating sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and leading the modernization business segment within the region.

As part of KONE’s exciting growth phase, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, and driving sales strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities outside the current customer base.

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing complaints as needed.

  • Lead Generation & Account Management:

    • Generate leads, opportunities, and contracts to meet sales and pricing targets.

    • Maintain and update CRM with detailed information on opportunities, tasks, and visits.

  • Customer Needs Analysis:

    • Identify customer needs and align them with KONE’s modernization solutions.

    • Collaborate with the team to tailor solutions and deliver value-added offerings.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Modernization Sales.

    • Previous experience in the UAE market is essential.

  • Skills:

    • Proven track record in sales with strong customer focus.

    • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
