Juniper Networks is seeking a Sales Engineer in Dubai to support the growth and success of its AI-Native networking solutions. This full-time role is ideal for a technically driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives in dynamic partner environments. The role combines pre-sales engineering, partner enablement, and solution design with the opportunity to shape customer experiences in cutting-edge networking technologies.
This home-office-based position involves frequent partner engagement, technical demonstrations, and strategy development across the Middle East region. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage technical relationships with channel partners and enterprise customers.

Present and demonstrate Juniper solutions, both virtually and on-site.

Assist with proposals and technical strategy to support sales.
-
Provide product feedback and insights to internal teams.
-
Stay current with industry and product trends.

Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to meet sales goals.

Represent Juniper at regional events and partner trainings.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably with a vendor or VAR.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).

Willingness to travel regularly.
Technical Skills Required:
-
Strong understanding of campus, branch, and data center networking.
-
Hands-on experience with wired/wireless LAN, WAN, network security, EVPN/VXLAN, and IP fabric architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with Juniper Networks solutions.

Industry certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP or equivalents.

Knowledge of network automation, APIs, and programmability.
