Danube Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to specialize in Commercial Kitchen Solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical liaison between clients and project teams, translating customer needs into customized, efficient, and aesthetic kitchen systems.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to identify operational and technical requirements

Recommend appropriate commercial kitchen equipment in alignment with client specifications and industry standards

Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, including technical specifications, layout designs, and pricing

Coordinate with internal teams on project design, costing, and timelines to ensure successful execution

Offer technical support throughout the sales and implementation phases

Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers

Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, and innovations in commercial kitchen technologies
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field

Proven experience in sales engineering, ideally within the hospitality or foodservice industry

In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen systems, including refrigeration, ovens, ventilation, and automation
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
-
Strong organizational and project management skills
-
Willingness to travel to client sites and industry-related events as required
