Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in cable joints and terminations to support business development activities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the electrical infrastructure and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by targeting potential clients and projects.

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable cable jointing and termination solutions.

• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and channel partners to generate and close sales leads.

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and annual revenue goals.

• Submit timely weekly sales reports and maintain accurate pipeline updates.

• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on sales performance and growth opportunities.

• Support project discussions, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations.

• Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and client engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience within the Abu Dhabi market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Mandatory experience in selling cable joints and terminations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Ability to manage territory sales and build long-term customer partnerships.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
