Al-Bahar, established in 1937 and one of the region’s leading providers of Caterpillar® machinery and heavy equipment, is seeking a Sales Engineer fluent in Arabic to join their team in Sharjah. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling construction and heavy machinery while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual sales, revenue, and gross profit targets.

Execute business plans aligned with market share and sales goals.

Understand and address customer needs, offering tailored product solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships and handle customer concerns professionally.

Present product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches.

Monitor and report on competitor activities.
-
Promote the Caterpillar brand and uphold the professional image of Al-Bahar.

Develop sales plans with the Account Manager.

Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records.

Provide timely reports, contribute to trade shows, and support new product introductions.

Collaborate across departments and assist in receivable collections if required.

Follow all internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

2–4 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction machinery industry.

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
