Henkel is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive business growth through key account management, new customer acquisition, and technical sales support. The position is central to executing Henkel’s commercial strategy in the adhesives and waterproofing segment, particularly within the construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute sales plans (short-, mid-, long-term) aligned with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) objectives

Maintain and develop existing customers while acquiring new accounts

Implement pricing strategies to achieve financial targets
-
Use CRM tools (ACE) to manage the customer roadmap and close opportunities
-
Build and sustain relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
-
Collaborate with Technical Customer Service (TCS) to conduct trials and resolve inquiries
-
Provide market intelligence and insights to management
-
Drive Organic Sales Growth (OSG) and Profit Contribution (PC%) in your region or assigned accounts
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related fields

2–5 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in adhesives, waterproofing, or construction chemicals

Strong understanding of B2B sales, CRM tools, and key account management
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and capitalize on market opportunities

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
-
Willingness to travel as needed
