Mensha Energy Solutions is hiring a Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of sales experience in EV charging, green energy, sustainable energy, or electrical equipment. The role involves generating project leads, preparing technical-commercial offers, and engaging with consultants, contractors, and facility management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Generate and respond to project leads and inquiries promptly.
🔹 Prepare techno-commercial offers with coordination from the sales support team.
🔹 Conduct technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
🔹 Assist in company registrations and awareness campaigns for new technologies.
🔹 Provide value engineering studies based on client budget constraints.
🔹 Develop pricing strategies for electrical systems in projects.
🔹 Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents and material submittals.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluations and contractor quotes.
🔹 Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations at relevant events.
🔹 Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
🔹 Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the line manager.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔ B-Tech / BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
✔ 2-3 years of sales experience in EV charging, green energy, or electrical equipment.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems and sustainable energy solutions.
✔ Experience in pricing, proposal preparation, and technical discussions.
✔ Ability to engage with key stakeholders like consultants and contractors.
✔ Strong organizational and reporting skills.
