Job Overview

Maktonet is seeking a driven and technically strong Sales Engineer to grow our client base and strengthen our presence across the UAE and GCC markets. This role combines B2B sales expertise with in-depth knowledge of IT, networking, and telecom solutions, enabling the successful delivery of customized technology solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across UAE and GCC markets.

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing customers.

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate technical sales proposals and commercial offers.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

  • Work closely with technical and support teams to design tailored solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Participate in business trips across GCC countries as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the UAE market.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Networking & IT solutions.

  • Relevant certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or CWNA are an advantage.

  • Proven track record in selling technical or telecom solutions.

  • Experience in Telecom, Industrial Networking, ELV, CCTV, Wi-Fi, or Wireless solutions.

  • Existing client base or professional network within GCC industries is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.
