DGM Contracting LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in construction sales and engineering. The role combines technical knowledge with sales acumen to drive business growth, support clients, and contribute to project success in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction sector.

• Identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

• Provide technical support and presentations on products and solutions.

• Collaborate with project teams for accurate estimation, planning, and execution.

• Achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

• Proven experience in construction sales in the local market.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

• Proficiency in industry-related software:

  • AutoCAD

  • Primavera

  • Quantity surveying/estimation tools

  • Other relevant software

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
