NAFFCO Careers is seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in fire fighting systems to join their Dubai team. This on-site, full-time role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, providing technical guidance on fire protection solutions, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in fire fighting systems (sprinklers, fire extinguishers, fire pumps, hydrants, suppression systems, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Provide technical support and guidance on fire protection solutions.
-
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
-
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations related to fire protection systems.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or related engineering field.

3–7 years of experience in sales of fire fighting systems or fire protection solutions.

Strong technical knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
-
Experience in industrial, commercial, and residential projects is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Willingness to travel as required.
