Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Description:
Are you a motivated, technically skilled sales professional with experience in valves, pumps, PICVs, or heat exchangers? Join our team as a Sales Engineer and take on a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with sales strategy to drive success across our product lines. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and delivering value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Performance & Strategy

Achieve and surpass sales targets across all product categories.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key markets and segments.
🔹 Customer Acquisition & Business Development

Generate and pursue new business leads.

Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients.

Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to convert leads into customers.
🔹 Product Knowledge & Promotion

Actively promote and sell products such as valves, pumps, PICVs, and heat exchangers.

Clearly explain product benefits and technical features to clients.
🔹 Technical Consultation & Support

Offer expert advice on product selection, installation, and application.

Guide customers in choosing optimal solutions for their specific needs.
🔹 Market Research & Expansion

Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.

Identify untapped markets and potential growth opportunities.
🔹 Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and service quality.

Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and post-sale support.
🔹 Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Collaborate with internal departments like marketing, logistics, and technical support.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and seamless service delivery.

Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager in line with the sales function.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Solid technical knowledge of valves, pumps, and related systems

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in valves or industrial equipment
