Job Title: Sales Engineer 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, closing sales, and managing projects related to indoor, outdoor, architectural, façade, and industrial lighting. You should possess strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and client handling skills, along with a solid track record in sales and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently generate qualified sales leads and achieve set sales targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead identification to negotiation and final order closure.

• Offer expert knowledge and technical consultation on various lighting products including indoor, outdoor, architectural, façade, and industrial lighting systems.

• Supervise on-site activities and ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Provide technical support or presentations during the sales process as required.

• Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and ensure smooth financial transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in the lighting industry.

• Strong understanding of lighting solutions and products.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and common business software tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
