SalesTechmarket.com is hiring a Sales Engineer to join their team in Dubai. This hybrid role requires a technical and sales background, with a focus on networking, network security, and cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting presentations, and managing proof-of-concept projects. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain complex technical concepts, and a track record of success in selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, resolving issues and assisting with product usage.

  • Conduct technical presentations, demos, and manage PoC projects.

  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients.

  • Work with internal teams (Product, R&D) to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.

  • Assist with pre-sales support by identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions.

  • Lead customer deployment projects and ensure successful implementation and configuration of solutions.

  • Maintain product knowledge and train customers and staff.

  • Perform 1st-level support and triage of client technical issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer (3 years for L1, 6 years for L2).

  • Experience in selling complex cybersecurity solutions and enterprise-level technologies.

  • Solid technical background with experience in networking, network security (FW, Proxy), host protection (EDR/EPP), and identity management.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and creativity skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship management abilities.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
