Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join a leading industrial solutions provider in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in CNC machining, metal cutting, and tooling solutions, who is passionate about customer engagement and sales excellence.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering customized technical solutions. You’ll work closely with application engineers to provide tailored offerings to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage in proactive customer visits to generate inquiries and develop long-term relationships.

Identify new opportunities and present compelling value-based proposals to close deals.

Prepare and deliver formal quotations and follow through to successful order closure.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned territories and sectors.

Drive new customer acquisition and explore opportunities for new product applications.

Conduct regular customer meetings to uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaborate with the Application Engineer for technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution development.

Organize and conduct product testing, demonstrations, and application development at customer facilities.

Provide timely feedback and market intelligence reports to management.

Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in CNC machining, cutting tools, and machining strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Open to Indian nationals currently residing in the UAE.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

2–8 years of relevant experience in tooling, machine tools, or a similar technical industry.

Strong command of English with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Solid understanding of the metal cutting industry and hands-on exposure to CNC processes.
