Job Description:

Purpose:
Unified Microsystems is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to bridge technical solutions with client needs, supporting our sales growth across IT infrastructure, ELV systems, AV/VC solutions, networking, and security technologies. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to design effective, cost-efficient solutions, prepare detailed proposals and BOQs, and help drive business success. Your technical expertise, client-focused attitude, and proactive approach will play a key role in delivering customized, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Actively manage the CRM system to log leads, update opportunity stages, and track client interactions.

  • Conduct site visits and technical meetings to understand client requirements and project objectives.

  • Design tailored IT infrastructure, ELV, AV/VC, wireless, and security system solutions.

  • Prepare accurate BOQs, solution designs, technical documents, and proposals aligned with client budgets.

  • Support the sales team in preparing RFP responses, bids, and commercial proposals.

  • Deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

  • Address client concerns, offering technically sound solutions and alternatives when necessary.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Attend vendor training sessions to maintain technical certifications and knowledge.

  • Maintain strong documentation and follow-up practices to support a consultative selling approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consultancy within ELV, IT, or AV/VC solutions.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and experience managing a robust sales pipeline.

  • Solid technical knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV/VC systems, networking, and wireless infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to prepare solution designs, technical documentation, costing, and BOQs.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage clients and consultants.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities under tight deadlines.

  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to conduct client visits and site surveys.

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
