Sales Engineer
📍 Location: GCC Region
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances) + Sales Commission

🚀 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in the GCC. Your core mission will be to drive client engagement through on-site visits, gather market intelligence, and close new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships while maximizing revenue growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site visits with both existing and prospective clients (target: 90 clients/month)

Leverage your communication and sales skills to secure purchase orders (commission applicable)

Collect and analyze client and market data to identify opportunities and trends

Submit visit reports and updates via our CRM system

Report progress and results to the Sales Head on a daily basis
✅ Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Proven field sales experience, preferably in industrial, HVAC, or technical sectors

Ability to meet visit and sales targets consistently

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Based in a GCC country
