Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Engineer to promote and expand our kitchen duct and ventilation cleaning services within the hospitality, marine, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, particularly in HVAC or duct maintenance services, and an excellent understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.

You will play a pivotal role in business development, relationship management, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitality, marine, and industrial sectors

• Conduct site visits, evaluate customer needs, and propose customized duct cleaning solutions

• Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and negotiation

• Prepare and present detailed proposals and service contracts

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper execution of services

• Maintain long-term client relationships through strong follow-up and support

• Interpret technical drawings and service reports

• Explain the health, safety, and energy-efficiency benefits of proper duct maintenance

• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, OSHA, and local safety regulations

• Explore new and existing accounts to increase revenue and market presence

• Promote services using both traditional and digital outreach techniques

• Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and activity logs using CRM software

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC or duct cleaning services

• Strong knowledge of ventilation systems, cleaning procedures, and safety regulations

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as required

• Strong command of English and Hindi (spoken and written)

• Based in Sharjah, UAE
