Mohra HR is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its real estate sales team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE real estate sales and leadership experience with a developer. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, mentoring sales teams, and driving high-value deals in off-plan & ready property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to enhance performance.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
✅ Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
✅ Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a real estate developer in the UAE.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
🔹 Key Skills Required:
- Strong network & expertise in off-plan and ready property sales.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive and close high-value real estate deals.
