Position Summary:
Our client, a leading property development company in the UAE, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead their high-performing real estate sales team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing senior-level client relationships, and driving significant revenue growth in a dynamic and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of property sales professionals.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and investors.

Monitor sales performance and market trends to optimize pricing and positioning.

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to launch and promote new projects.

Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting to the executive team.

Ensure all sales activities are aligned with UAE real estate regulations and compliance standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience in real estate, property development, or brokerage.

In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including regulations and competitive landscape.

Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales data analysis tools.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: AED 30,000 – 40,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
