S&P Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for promoting and consultatively selling a suite of industry-leading data, analytics, and financial tools across the Middle East. As a Sales Director, you will work closely with clients in sectors such as Commercial Lending, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, and Corporations to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy across a defined territory in the Middle East.

• Position customized client solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news to uncover opportunities.

• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline using tools such as Salesforce.com.

• Close deals, secure contracts, and coordinate client onboarding with Relationship Management.

• Develop deep industry knowledge to conduct consultative, diagnostic sales conversations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with a focus on solution-based selling.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.

• Background in financial services is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Proven ability to interact with C-level executives and a consultative, client-first sales approach.

• Strong resilience, flexibility, and strategic thinking.
