  • Ripple, a global leader in crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers, is hiring a Sales Director for its Custody team in the Middle East & Africa. This hybrid, contract-based position is ideal for professionals passionate about bridging traditional finance and decentralized finance by delivering secure, scalable custody solutions.

The Sales Director will engage clients ranging from major global banks to crypto-native firms, driving sales and product adoption, and shaping go-to-market strategies. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage RFx processes, demos, and sandbox environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial relationships with financial institutions and crypto firms.

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Provide client insights to influence product strategy and marketing.

  • Lead technical sales efforts, demos, and solution presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners.

  • Analyze client needs and align with Ripple’s custody platform capabilities.

  • Represent Ripple at industry events and support local business development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Sales/BD or technical roles like Product Management or Solution Architecture.

  • 5+ years advising or selling to financial institutions.

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, custody solutions, and smart contracts.

  • Fluency in Turkish (spoken/written) and proficiency in English.

  • Strong network within the finance and crypto industries.

  • Ability to travel as required.
