Deel, a global leader in international payroll and compliance, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for SMBs in MENA. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of sales development experience, be fluent in English & Arabic, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, and social media).
✔ Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
✔ Schedule product demos for qualified leads with Account Executives.
✔ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
✔ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
✔ Participate in sales training and professional development.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience: 1-2 years in a sales development or outbound commercial role, preferably in the Middle East region.
✅ Language Skills: Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory).
✅ Sales & CRM Tools: Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
✅ Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
✅ Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Industry Preference: Experience in HR tech or Fintech is a plus.
