Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage recruiting agencies, HR teams, and staffing firms

Book qualified sales meetings and convert leads into closed deals

Manage CRM with pipeline updates

Collaborate with the founder to optimize sales messaging and product positioning

Provide customer feedback to improve product
Qualifications:

Proven SaaS sales experience targeting recruitment, staffing, or HR sectors

Existing network in recruiting or HR ecosystem

Strong outbound skills: LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling

Self-driven and independent with immediate availability
Compensation:

Commission-only starting at 15-20% per closed deal

Performance bonuses and possible equity after milestones
