Remote Growth Partners is representing a groundbreaking healthcare client that just received final FDA approval for an AI-based heart scanning software. This innovation enables any healthcare provider—not just specialists—to perform advanced heart scans, drastically reducing wait times for critical cardiology assessments.

Role Overview:
We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to bring this life-saving software into clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions across the U.S. This is a fully remote role and a unique opportunity to sell a product that directly impacts patient care and accessibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach to medical offices, clinics, and academic institutions offering free trials or demo bookings.

  • Research and identify the right decision-makers using healthcare directories, CRM tools, Google Maps, etc.

  • Navigate front desk phone systems to reach doctors, department heads, or clinic managers.

  • Log and manage activity in the CRM, ensuring all contact details and communications are well documented.

  • Leave professional voicemails and follow up with concise, value-driven emails.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align outreach strategy with broader go-to-market plans.

  • Attend training sessions and coaching calls to improve pitch delivery and objection handling.

  • Maintain a consistent daily output and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 1+ year experience as an SDR or cold-calling representative targeting U.S. healthcare providers.

  • Deep familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows, terminology, and key industry challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Comfort with using structured scripts in a human, conversational manner.

  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using AI tools or automation platforms for lead generation in the healthcare space.
