GRUNDFOS is looking for a Sales Developer in their Industry Division to drive awareness and adoption of their technologies, focusing on industry-specific needs and opportunities. This hybrid, full-time role involves developing sales strategies, engaging customers, leading business development projects, and analyzing the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales development strategies to increase profitability.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats using data analytics.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for high satisfaction and loyalty.

Mentor and train internal/external sales teams, fostering continuous improvement.

Lead business development projects with cross-functional teams.

Analyze competitors’ activities to inform strategic decisions.

Represent GRUNDFOS at industry events and exhibitions.

Collaborate across functions to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.

Increase market share in the IMEA region through customer engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a similar role within a large international company, preferably in the industry sector.

Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital tools for customer engagement.

Languages: Fluent in English and the local language.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects and teams.

Travel: Willing to travel frequently within the area of responsibility.
