CPME Consulting LLC is seeking a Sales Design Consultant with a creative flair for workspace design and a strong background in sales. This role blends interior design expertise with client relationship management, helping businesses transform their office spaces with modern and functional solutions.

As a Sales Design Consultant, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle—from understanding client requirements and preparing design concepts to coordinating production and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in office workspace design and furniture solutions.

• Conduct client meetings to understand design preferences, budget, and functional needs.

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams — design, joinery, and production — to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project timelines, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

• Stay current with market trends, materials, and innovations in workspace design.

• Represent CPME professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in office furniture, workspace design, or interior fit-out industry.

• Proven sales experience with a focus on client relationship management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

• 💰 Salary: AED 8,000/month + 1–3% incentives based on target achievement
