CPME Consulting LLC is seeking a Sales Design Consultant with a creative flair for workspace design and a strong background in sales. As a Sales Design Consultant, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle—from understanding client requirements and preparing design concepts to coordinating production and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in office workspace design and furniture solutions.

Conduct client meetings to understand design preferences, budget, and functional needs.

Develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams — design, joinery, and production — to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project timelines, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Stay current with market trends, materials, and innovations in workspace design.

Represent CPME professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2–3 years of UAE experience in office furniture, workspace design, or interior fit-out industry.

Proven sales experience with a focus on client relationship management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

💰 Salary: AED 8,000/month + 1–3% incentives based on target achievement
