Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process, generating leads, assisting in client proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and other channels to schedule appointments for the Sales Team.

Assist in preparing customized travel proposals, sales contracts, tender documentation, and client presentations according to company standards.

Maintain and update the CRM system with the latest sales activities and client interactions.

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, and client events to drive business development.

Provide timely sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic feedback to the General Manager and Head of Sales.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within a travel management company.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of thriving under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
