Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
Hyundai Lighting is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator and Customer Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in customer support and sales coordination within the lighting or electrical industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships after sales, managing project tenders, preparing technical documentation, and assisting the sales team to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination: Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, and maintain accurate sales records.

Logistics and Order Management: Liaise with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer records, track open quotations, and proactively follow up to close sales.

Post-Sale Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring a seamless experience and managing service requests, warranty claims, and product replacements.

Sales Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales and customer service performance reports for management review.

Customer Feedback & Quality Improvement: Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality and support continuous improvement.

Technical Support: Assist in preparing and submitting project tenders, material submittals, datasheets, and technical documents to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality, especially in documentation.

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.

Lighting Industry Experience: Prior experience in the lighting or electrical industry is highly preferred.

Tender and Technical Support: Ability to assist in the preparation of project tenders, material submittals, and datasheet preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or aftersales support, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.

Experience with project tenders, technical submittals, and datasheet preparation.

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
