Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator for our Freight Forwarding and Transportation office located in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the logistics and transportation industry, specifically within customs clearing, shipping coordination, and freight forwarding.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating shipping and transport logistics, and ensuring seamless operations across freight forwarding and transportation services in the GCC and local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage freight forwarding, transportation, and customs clearing operations for GCC and local markets.

• Provide support in sales and marketing efforts, contributing to business growth.

• Assist in managing shipping schedules and tracking deliveries.

• Act as a liaison between clients, shipping teams, and customs authorities to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Maintain and update sales reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely solutions and quotations.

• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or customs clearing.

• Strong sales and marketing skills within the logistics sector.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in coordinating and handling transportation operations, both locally and within the GCC.

• Proficient in using online customs clearing platforms.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
