Join GAC, a global leader in shipping, logistics, and marine services, as a Sales Coordinator supporting our UAE operations. This dynamic role focuses on customer engagement, quotation preparation, and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about GAC’s services, pricing, and products

• Prepare and send quotations for rate requests, RFOs, and partner inquiries

• Maintain up-to-date cost and rate files and keep electronic quotation records organized

• Accurately enter customer bookings into GAC Sales and track inquiries using MS Excel

• Maintain and update departmental quality service manuals

• Manage and update the ‘GAC Sales’ database for current and prospective customers

• Enhance industry and competitor knowledge to better serve clients

• Support a collaborative team environment by actively participating in company activities aligned with the GAC Spirit

• Contribute ideas and feedback to drive process improvements and service excellence

• Communicate openly and professionally to identify and address areas of improvement across the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

• Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license

• Solid industry knowledge and confidence in client communication and negotiation

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new tools quickly

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role, including 1–2 years in the UAE

Salary:
AED 6,500–7,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
