Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager 

Job Description:
A leading trading company with over 25 years of experience in supplying valves, flanges, and pipe fittings to the Oil, Gas, and Marine industries is expanding into the UAE market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive this expansion.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong client networks, and the ability to grow business both locally and internationally. You will be responsible for setting up operations, building a brand presence, and generating sales from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the oilfield and marine sectors across UAE and global markets.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and targeted outreach.

  • Lead domestic and export sales initiatives and foster relationships with distributors and end clients internationally.

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to increase visibility and market presence.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.

  • Provide personalized solutions, exceptional customer service, and timely communication to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. (MBA preferred)

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the oilfield, marine, or industrial supply sector, especially in valves, flanges, and pipe fittings.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE market and strong existing network.

  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and grow key accounts.

  • Export Knowledge: Familiarity with international sales, export compliance, and logistics is highly desirable.

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to confidently explain product specifications and solutions.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
