Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth through market research, networking, and client relationship management. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the internal team to execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research and networking.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster business growth.

• Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and sales pitches tailored to clients’ needs.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress and targets.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the UAE market).

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to new challenges.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
