Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with a strong background in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding services. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with a solid grasp of the UAE logistics landscape, import/export operations, and customer acquisition strategies.

As part of our growing commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to win new business in freight forwarding and NVOCC services.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through client acquisition and retention.

  • Utilize industry knowledge to offer tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business prospects and emerging opportunities in the UAE market.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends.

  • Build strategic alliances with shipping lines, vendors, and logistic partners.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals.

  • Foster long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Operational Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of freight services.

  • Provide accurate freight rates, quotations, and service options to prospective and existing clients.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Maintain updated sales pipelines, activity logs, and forecasts using CRM tools.

  • Analyze sales data and recommend strategies for performance improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • 2–3 years of successful sales experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding within the UAE.

    • Strong knowledge of UAE logistics regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain management.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

    • Proven ability to develop client relationships and close sales.

  • Additional:

    • Existing client portfolio within the UAE freight/logistics market is highly preferred.

    • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed.
