Role Summary

As a Sales Associate at Lululemon, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and maintaining store standards. You’ll be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring every shopper leaves satisfied and excited to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service, aligned with Majid Al Futtaim standards.

• Actively listen to customer needs and offer thoughtful solutions.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory replenishment.

• Address and escalate customer concerns professionally.

• Apply product knowledge to help customers across Majid Al Futtaim’s fashion brands.

• Follow security and safety guidelines to reduce stock loss.

Requirements

• High School Certificate

• 1–2 years of relevant retail or sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service orientation
