Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized shopping experiences backed by expert product knowledge

• Proactively meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling

• Foster long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases

• Ensure appealing visual merchandising and accurate inventory tracking

• Manage payments through cash, credit, and digital platforms

• Communicate market insights and trends to management

• Assist with store operations, including daily opening/closing and maintaining cleanliness

Additional Duties:

• Participate in staff training sessions and new product launches

• Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Perform cross-selling and upselling where appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (luxury/fashion preferred)

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Experience with POS systems and inventory software

• Professional appearance and positive, customer-focused attitude

• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred
