Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate based in Ajman, UAE, to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our products, including perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare items. Your primary focus will be on closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, including perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare items, to help customers make informed decisions.

• Effectively close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

• Provide guidance on how to use makeup and skincare products, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.

• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately.

• Work collaboratively with the team while also being able to work independently.

• Be flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Skills Required:
