We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing automotive trading team in Dubai. This role involves working closely with both B2B and B2C clients, assisting them in selecting and purchasing high-performance auto parts, tuning components, and motorsport products.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for automotive products and customer service.

Please note: Only candidates currently based in Dubai or nearby emirates will be considered. Fluency in both Russian and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound communication
• Assist in preparing quotations and following up on sales inquiries
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track order status
• Support daily sales operations and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or sales support
• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts, tuning, or motorsport industry
• Background in e-commerce or marketplace sales
