Position Title: Sales and Pricing Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
Pricing & Quotation Management:

Analyze customer inquiries for air, sea, and land freight services.

Coordinate with carriers, agents, and service providers to obtain and negotiate competitive rates.

Prepare accurate and timely quotations in line with company pricing policies.

Maintain and update pricing databases, monitoring market rate trends.

Support pricing negotiations to drive cost efficiency and competitiveness.
Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, quote tracking, and customer communications.

Create customer presentations, rate sheets, and detailed sales reports.

Manage CRM updates, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions, quotes, and sales pipelines.

Assist with customer onboarding and documentation processes.

Monitor KPIs and contribute to internal reporting systems.
Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with internal teams (operations, suppliers, finance) for quote validations and booking confirmations.

Ensure consistent communication regarding service and pricing updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Serve as the primary contact point for clients on quote-related queries.
Operational Support:

Provide backup support to operations during peak periods or staff absences.

Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, and overall coordination between sales and operations.

Ensure a smooth handover process between sales and operations teams for client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industries.

Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight pricing structures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
-
Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.

Familiarity with operational and reporting tools/systems.
